Terms of use

These terms cover So When? (SoWhenAreYouFree.com), run by Matt Ventures, LLC.

The app helps a group compare days. There is no account. Whoever has the link can use it until the meetup is locked and that meetup ends, or until the owner closes it. After that, the short code can be given to someone else.

Your data

Matt Ventures, LLC can use information you submit — including your name, phone number, whether you agreed to marketing texts, the days you pick, and the meetup you join — for any purpose. That includes sharing it and selling it. The privacy policy says the same thing in more detail.

The marketing box

The text-message checkbox is optional. You can use a link without checking it. If you check it, you agree that Matt Ventures, LLC may send you marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of those texts.

What you agree to

You will only enter a phone number that is yours. You will not use the app to harass anyone, break the law, or flood it with junk. We can refuse a link, close one, or stop offering So When? at any time.

The app is provided as-is. Matt Ventures, LLC is not liable for a missed plan, a wrong time, a reused link, or anything else that comes from using it, to the fullest extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
