This policy covers So When? (SoWhenAreYouFree.com), run by Matt Ventures, LLC.

What we collect

When you start or answer a link, we collect your name, phone number, the days you say you can do, the meetup title, the timezone on the link, and whether you checked the marketing box. We also store when the row was created.

Who can see it

Anyone with the link can see names and which days each person marked. They cannot see phone numbers. Phone numbers and marketing choices are visible in the owner panel.

What we can do with it

Matt Ventures, LLC can do whatever it wants with this information. That includes using it, keeping it, combining it with other data, sharing it with other people and companies, and selling it. We can do that for marketing, for business, or for any other reason.

We may keep the information after a link expires. Closing a meetup does not mean the data is deleted.

Marketing texts

We only treat you as opted in to marketing texts if you check the box. The box starts unchecked. Checking it is not required to start or answer a link. If you opt in, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out.

This app stores the number and the yes or no. It does not itself send the text messages.

No account

Friends do not create an account. The link is the way in, until it expires. The owner signs in separately to see usage.
